Puget Sound Museum of Natural History adapted their Nature in the Classroom program to provide students with remote access at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Two lesson plans were broken into short sessions that occurred remotely over the course of multiple days. This allowed the sessions to be used within an educator's daily lesson planning as either facilitated or independent learning time.
Each lesson included over twenty activities integrated directly into the lesson plan through the blogging platform, Wordpress. These activities were embedded into pre-recorded videos where Facilitators provided instruction by directly interacting with them.
